The world of health and fitness is vast and pretty difficult to navigate due to misinformation, social media, and the desire to “fit in.”  

We have all seesawed between gaining and losing weight, navigated the box gym full of “bros” with no sense of direction on how to get the best results, and dealt with the added social pressure of trying to look like a professional athlete or model.  

Dealing with all of this while trying to maintain a full time job, social life, and raise a family has justifiably left many of us feeling frustrated and confused.

UF is an exclusive club where members can empower themselves to be their best with the support of top professionals and without the fear of being judged by the way they look or where they are in their fitness journey.

HOW TO GET STARTED....

This is not a sales gimmick. Our goal is to make you feel at home when you are at our facility.  We start all of our members out with a one month trial  ($87) so that you really have time to decide for yourself if you feel like this is the place for you.  There are no salesman here.  We are confident that after completing a trial you will want to be here and also know which type of training you prefer so that you aren't put on the spot.  Thank you for understanding that these trials are reserved for those interested in membership.

YOUR FIRST VISIT.......

After purchasing your trial online, a member of our team will contact you via email or phone to schedule your first initial consultation and one on one workout.  

This involves meeting with an owner/coach to discuss your goals and needs.  Once we have an idea of what you're going for we will then hit the floor and put you through a dynamic warmup and a few exercises to get your feet wet.  You will get a chance to meet our trainers and members, as well as familiarize yourself with everything our exclusive club has to offer.  

Don't worry, this is not a meeting with a salesman.  You will leave ready to come back with a great plan to start training and get the results you want!

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

After completion of your initial consultation and 1 on 1 workout, your one month trial gives you access to the facility for 12 small group workouts.  You will be able to schedule these at your convenience.  There are many times and options available 7 days a week.  Scheduling and viewing our class times and options is very easily done through the Mindbody app on your cell phone.  Our facility has towels provided so just bring your water bottle and you'll be good to go!

SMALL GROUP WORKOUTS

You've already gotten to experience some one on one attention in your consultation, now it's time to join up with a maximum of 10 other hard working members! 

Small group training is great on it's own or to supplement with your routine of personal training and/or nutrition consultation.  The strength and conditioning classes target specific muscle groups throughout the week, so you can strengthen and tone your whole body without overtraining. You will be able to see what muscle groups we are targeting each day on our schedule at the facility.  We also offer classes featuring rowing and kickboxing.  Classes are designed for all fitness levels.

I WANT TO JOIN NOW! WHAT ABOUT MEMBERSHIP?

At the conclusion of your trial you will be able to choose between a few different membership options based on your training preferences and budget. These allow you access to the facility for a certain number of the training services you desire. You will never have to go anywhere else for your training needs!  In your first consultation, we go over all pricing and answer any other questions you may have, so that way there are no surprises if you decide you wish to stick with us.  We can't wait to work with you and show you that we care through our actions and not just our words!

MAIN TRAINING FLOOR

The main floor of UF is where personal training and small group strength and conditioning takes place. Small group S&C is a collaborative effort of fitness professionals that provides you with the feeling of personal training in a 10 person max capacity class.
Our workouts target specific muscle groups throughout the week and are strategically programmed to present new challenges each month. This will help you to stay motivated and push yourself to new limits.
All stations are set up with everything you need. Resistance bands, battle ropes, medicine balls, bosus, stability balls, step ups, kettle bells, dumbbells, and suspension trainers are all things you can expect to use in a session.
The workouts are always fresh and the exercises are timed so that you can push yourself at your own pace. Throughout the class, different variations of exercises will be demonstrated so that you can make things easier or harder based on your fitness level.
We finish with a restorative component to maximize your mobility, improve your posture, and make your workouts more efficient.
As long as you come with the intent to learn and the motivation to put forth your best effort, you will be successful at Unrivaled Fitness!

DOWNSTAIRS STUDIO

Ready for an amazing workout experience? The classes held in our downstairs studio include rowing and kickboxing, both with a mix of strength and conditioning!

"Fight Club" is a unique, free form designed, kickboxing class that enables you to let out your aggression on our stand up heavy bags, have fun with your friends working combos with focus mitts, and challenge yourself with some great exercises with the best in functional strength training equipment.

Our rowing class is designed to help increase your cardiovascular output, and burn some serious calories. These classes offer a mix of rowing and conditioning exercises utilizing battle ropes, medicine balls, bosus, and other miscellaneous equipment.
